SHIPPING :
While The Macraman's production is based in Bali, Indonesia, we do ship globally. For domestic orders within Australia, please allow up to 7 business days for your Macraman order to arrive on your doorstep. For international orders please allow up to 14 business days for your Macraman item to arrive on your doorstep. Depending on the size, intricacy of the design and the patience cue, orders generally leave our studio within 5 business days. This does not account for high volume periods such as sales, promotions, holidays or global pandemics. Each item is made in the order in which i receive it. HANDCRAFTED BEAUTY ALWAYS TAKES TIME!
Please note shipping times are approximates only and we cannot be held accountable for any unexpected delays once your order has been shipped, this includes clearance delays. We cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked or delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact us if you would like to pay for your order to be express posted. 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
The Macraman's aim is to ensure all of his customers are satisfied with their orders. We are happy to offer exchanges however, unable to offer refunds. In order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit, please contact us via info@themacraman.com within 7 days of purchase with an attached proof of purchase receipt. 
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Whilst we hope this never happens, if your goods are damaged, please contact us direct via info@themacraman.com. We'd love to hear your side of the story and personally assist you in rectifying your concern. 
Please note that before reaching out to us, the following items are required to qualify for an exchange :
A copy of the proof of purchase receipt, purchase date, place of purchase (i.e website or the store name of the stockist) and an image of the damaged item. If your item was custom made or purchased from a store other than via our online shop, we are unable to offer a replacement or exchange. The Macraman cannot guarantee repair or replacement if the damage occurred 30 days after your purchase.  
Please ensure the correct packaging and good care is taken when sending any defective items back. We cannot be held responsible for any damage which occurs during transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
The customer is responsible for duties, custom fees and charges on any returns. 
The Macraman will guarantee quality although cannot guarantee that each piece will be exactly the same as the previous piece. All of The Macraman's products are handmade which ensures each piece is beautiful and unique.

We do not offer refunds on sale items. All Black Friday items are final sale and non-refundable.
