Shipping & Returns

While Macraman production is based in Bali, Indonesia, we ship globally. For domestic orders i post via Sendle. Please allow up to 7 business days for your Macraman item to arrive on your doorstep. For international orders to Australia, Europe, United States and Canada, I ship via DHL EXPRESS. Please allow up to 14 business days for your Macraman item to arrive on your doorstep. Depending on the size, intricacy of the design and the patience cue, orders generally leave my studio within 5 business days of the order. This does not account for high volume periods such as sales, promotions or holidays. Each item is made in the order in which i receive it. HANDCRAFTED BEAUTY ALWAYS TAKES TIME. 
Please note shipping times are approximates only and i cannot be held accountable for any unexpected delays once your order has been shipped, this includes clearance delays. I cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked or delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact me if you would like to pay for your order to be express posted. 
My aim is to ensure all of my customers are satisfied with their orders. I am happy to offer exchanges however, unable to offer refunds. In order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit contact me via within 7 days of purchase with an attached receipt. 
Whilst i hope this never happens, if your goods are damaged, please contact me direct via I'd love to hear your side of the story and personally assist you in rectifying your concern. 
Before contacting me please note that the following items are required to qualify for an exchange  :
A copy of the receipt, purchase date, place of purchase (i.e. on my website or the store name of the stockist) and an image of the damaged item. If your item was custom made or purchased from a store other than via my online shop, i am unable to offer a replacement or exchange. I cannot guarantee repair or replacement If the damage occurred 30 days, after your purchase.  
Please ensure the correct packaging and good care is taken when sending any defective items back. I cannot be held responsible for any damage which occurs during transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.
The customer is responsible for duties, custom fees and charges on any returns. 
I will guarantee quality although I cannot guarantee that each piece will be exactly the same as the previous piece. All of my products are handmade which ensures each piece is beautiful and unique.
